MK1 Carrier Parts needed

Hello, I am in need of 1 knurled knob for the vision port adjuster, the plate that covers the transmission, on the under side, and the long crew box that goes in the rear on the gunners side, and don't laugh, a track jack. Thanks in advance for any help in finding these items, or info on how to get them made, Len
