Manifolds & Exaust

I have a Ford CMP probabley a 1942 - 44 with a cab 13 cab you can see it at this web site http://personal.nbnet.nb.ca/alains/
It has a 8BA V8 Flathead . I need a pair of manifold and the pipe that links the two manifolds together, can soneone help me with this I would like to have the proper part number for it or where can I find these parts either in Canada or US...........
