ford vs chevy frame HELP

Hi, I need to know, If I had a F15a can I transfer everything over to a chevy frame of the same size,

There seems to be a difference with the front cross member, are the main bolt locations the same for say the Ford shocks etc.

How about the spring length etc.
The reason being that I have found a mint Chev frame and would like to use it for my Ford project, It has a winch location and heavy duty tow bar, It has to be worth it though because my truck is half assembled.

There are a few weak spots in my frame.

HELP!
