That is a rare one!
In the 70s my unit had something called a Carryall. It was an International Harvester SUV before they were a category. I remember it like a truck with a station wagon body. Not 4x4 as I recall. The idea of a panel van is not unusual, but it is awfully small for a cargo vehicle.
