Default Correct F15a horn

Hello all,

I am hoping someone can direct me as to the correct horn for my F15A (1942 i believe). Previous searches havent seemed to indicate exactly what one i need or if any of mine are correct.

I have these 3 as pictured/in the thumbnail links below, one of which is on the truck now (#3, the blackish/multi coloured one!). A mate did suggest the one on the truck might be a Bren carrier horn, but was not certain.

1. This is a RVB? horn.

2. I wondered if this was just a generic horn?

3. The horn currently on the F15A

Can anyone shed some light on whether any of them are correct and if not, if any part is correct or maybe even what they may be for (or are they just generic horns)?

Thanks very much in anticipation,
Ian.

For a Canadian cab 13, horn no1 comes the closest, although the back cover should be rounder.

Agree with Rob: the horn on the Aust F15A had a dome back and short front horn tube. Cab 12 had a dome back and a long front horn tube.

Default Correct horn

Here's the correct horn for the Ford Cab 13 range. They have a fine mesh slightly domed screen on the front too.

Default Another pic

Here's another rather battered and rusty example which better shows the front.
