Importing a 42 ford GPW into Canada???

I have the title and bill of sale. Do I need a recall list from ford? Is there such a thing for something this old? I had to get a recall letter for my Durango I imported.

Would trailer wheels be okay on a jeep to pass inspection? The wheels look similar to the originals and are the same size 6 x 16?
