Interesting!
I make the serial number # 5-1311-99987, and the lack of any other info suggests that it's a Holden-bodied 1945 ex-Oshawa 1/2 ton Chassis with Flat Face Cowl, same as those bodied as Utes that year by Holden. It's not a 1942, but perhaps more interesting!
