Default What type of snow machine is this?

I took this photo at the FT Nelson museum, any ideas?

Default It's a Weasel

Or rather it'll be a Weasel when it grows up...

It's one of the really early ones with the 18" tracks - you noramlly only see then with the full canvas up and they look quite different.

I think it is to small to be part of the "weasel" family This beast is quite small, one maybe 2 persons. Made out of aluminium and built with rivets
