I should point out the fact that in both Parts 1 and 2 of my post, I’ve omitted the census numbers for the various tanks that are recorded as issued to Canadian units during the time period in question. These I’ve already published elsewhere (Churchill) or I’m keeping for future use (Matilda, Grant, Lee) although there are a couple, ie., Tank LAA Mk VI & Mk VIB, Tank M3 General Stewart and Tank Cruiser Mk V that I’ll probably post at a future date.
