I looked through my large collection of photos and found nothing showing on British or Canadian CMP's but found the photo below which shows an Australian #1 wooden GS body with tools mounted on the Left (Passenger) side which may help. USA vehicles are the only one's that seemed to have a pioneer tool rack fitted in various positions on the exterior of the vehicle.
