That style is common on the US military trucks. The windshield frames from the M939 trucks has the correct profile of channel and has plenty of length to work with to make the correct CMP cab 13 frames. For the outer rubber, again the 939 outer seal will work, although will have to be shortened at the bottom and the tops trimmed. For the inner seal, that is just common glaziers tape. I like to use engne oil to lubricate the channel and the tape when installing. That way, it tends to swell up the rubber after installation as well as provide a measure of rustproofing to the channels.
