Hi Isreal, Macs autos sell resistors to suit the ford commercial guages.
I cant recall exactly what you have there. Mechanical gauges obviously don't require them.
Electric gauges for temperature, oil pressure, volt meter and fuel level do require them, however an ammeter does not.
There are two types of oil pressure senders. The one you use depends on your engine and which oil pump you are using. The earlier one is for the old long pump and is harder to find as a new item. The later higher pressure one goes with the short oil pump. It is readily available. I cannot remember all the details about matching the original gauge to the higher pressure sender unit. Some research on your part will be required.
