Hi, Here's some pics of the 3" mortar I have restored.

Horsa, My mistake on the barrel size, it will take a standard round, I just first tried it with a restored round I had which has had to many coats of varnish on it so wont go in, See pics. I have one practice round with the welded fin protection ring.

It has no markings on the barrel I can see, The barrel came from Canada, The stand from the Netherlands and i copied an original base plate, I also had to make the lower recoil spring clamping band, everything else is original, should look good on the back of the mortar carrier when finished.

I'm interested to learn how the barrel carrying strap is afixed to the barrel, I have one but cant workout how it should work.
