That fuse box is hard to find, I have one on a restoration at present and in need of the cover, ended up making one. There is a similar one made by CAV with a Bakelite cover retained with a screw, used on some wartime British vehicles ,but still in production until at least the Sixties, they do come up for sale.

Here is one of the similar ones for sale at present, don't be put off by the white cover as they were made in black as well;
