I have noticed lately with Ebay that if the seller hasnt paid extra to have their sale listed outside their country, Ebay doesnt appear to let the seller sell to anyone outside that country either, even if the buyer wants the item shipped to a location in the same country as the seller and even if the buyer and seller agree to a sale through ebay. Such is the level of control ebay try to impose. I had recently to ask a friend in the USA to buy something and then reship to me in the UK because the seller simply couldnt set their sale up in a way that allowed me to buy from them.
