Salary is the same for a GT-3 anywhere in the country. If someone wanted to earn more in the civil service, they should have become tradesmen. As well, that is the old salary scale. The contracts are being ratified this month I believe for the new pay raises, much of which is retroactive. (approx. 6.35%) In 12 months the process of contract negotiations will start all over again as this just covers the last contracts which expired in 2018.
