The M104 trailers have always been a bit of a dog. Very heavy trailer with not a very large cargo capacity. Theoretically, you need an air brake license to tow one in it's original form.

That said, the two tires, if someone was to need them, are worth more than the price of the trailer.

I have one of the older 53 vintage M104s for hauling firwewood. I replaced the axle with a much smaller axle and Iltis michelin tires. The trailer holds an honest cord of wood, and by reducing the axle size, is a much nicer height for loading.
