Nice truck
Very nice looking restoration. Not too many restored D60L trucks about. There is a nice original example in the collection of the AWM in Canberra.
Be very interested to see the markings that indicated the truck served with the 9th Australian Infantry Division. I hope your friend took some images during the sandblasting process. Perhaps he would let you post them here?
