Books paid for I am told are to be mailed in packages and the aim is to get them out before the guaranteed Christmas deadline. Quite an operation! Although printed in Kendal the books were stitch-bound in Edinburgh and have to be sent down to Appleby. Still, you can't complain as this is a good quality production: paper, binding, cover, jacket and these things take time to get right and done properly.
I gather that those who have ordered but not yet paid will have their copies sent as soon as confirmation/payment has been made.
Then I need to start drawing up the printed correction sheets and updates as all the comments start pouring in!!!!
