CMPs and other Commonwealth Israel
I happened upon a television program the other night titled Bullet Points.
Each episode covers a topic such as the various wars etc.
This particular show was about the Arab Israeli conflict since 1948 Independence.
It featured the various conflicts from 1948 onwards including the 1967 and 1973 Wars.
What was interesting was the original footage which showed all types of surplus vehicle used by the Israelis including CMPs, half tracks, US Dodges, GMCs and Bedfords. Also the amount of surplus weaponry from Lee Enfields, Brens, K98 mousers etc.
It was really neat to see the as new Centurians used against Soviet armour.
