See if anyone can get you a copy of the late Peter Ford's INFOEX work. He covered off a lot of that production information. Also check old book stores for a publication put out by the Canadian Government shortly after the war. It is a hard cover book about the size of an old encyclopedia. Cannot for the life of me recall what it's title is, but it covers details down to the number of rounds of various ammunition etc. etc., and who made what, when and where.
