"Lynx" is the Canadian designation, the Dutch called them "M113 C&V" (
Commando & Verkenning, or command and reconnaissance).
The Royal Netherlands Army phased out their 266 M113 C&Vs in the early 1990s and replaced them with the Fennek wheeled recce vehicle. Next to other equipment, the Netherlands exported 35 M113 C&V and 25 YPR-765 ACV to Bahrain around 1994-1997.
IIRC others were exported to Chile, but many C&V's ended up on ranges to serve as cannon fodder - see some pictures here:
