If it is repro manual that you are after, I have for sale a Gale and Polden booklet of 40 pages on the 2-pndr. The book is dated 1944. Price GB Pounds 6.50 plus P&P.
If it is the original that you are after: I paid GB Pounds 50 for mine, some 6 years back. They seem to be quite rare!
