The 3/4 ton drop arm is a one piece forging, the ball being integral with the arm.
This drop arm looks more like a Lend/Lease Chev item though the offset appears to be greater.
Can you give the centre to centre dimension and ball diameter. The spline diameter would also help along with the offset dimension.
