Good to see you here and good to here your dad and you are almost finishing the truck.
Regarding the numbers....I am afraid it will always be a bit of a guesstimate; Engines were not always fitted to a chassis in chassisnumber sequence, and no full chassisnumber/engine number lists are available.
But....David Hayward here on the forum did compile a list of known chassisnumbers, which could be helpful in your search. Sadly David has passed a few years ago, but some of his research can be found here on the forum and on
this website:
