Thanks for that. I did a further search (like I should have done before asking
), and found this is most likely a jack made by Auto Specialties in Canada. Will clean it and check for further markings.

From
the GM Service Information Bulletins "Jack identification and overview" posted by Jordan Baker I learnt this jack is the 3rd and 4th type labelled as "E" and "F". It should be used by FAT, 30-cwt, 3-ton and 15-cwt 4x4 trucks. So it will go nicely with my F15A.
The
one on the left in your photo is also shown in the famous tool display photo. This seems to be the "B" type jack as issued to the 15-cwt 4x2 and Heavy Utility (C8A) trucks.
Heavier vehicles like the Otter and C60X use a hydraulic bottle jack.
