The first scan is from "Standard Nomenclature List No G122" and the second scan from the "T17E1/E2 Armored Car Product Notes"
As far as I know, these publications are not available commercially.
If you need certain details, you can let me know so I can see if I have these and make a scan from my manuals.
TM9-741 is available on CD (Ebay) and also on paper from Groucho Publishing, who also have TM9-1741B and C.
