Default I've seen that engine

Hi Mike

I've seen that engine actually it is a one cylinder and the other pistons are left overs.

Have one 216 that when I took it apart had several different piston styles all flat top but obviously from different vintage engines. I didn't check the sizes but they may have even been different. It also was a complete hodgepodge of different valves. Suspect that the engine had been assembled on the cheep out of parts bin or several different engines. Funny thing was it ran fine and seem not to be badly out of balance.

Concerning the flat top pistons many US engines have the flat top pistons and a different cylinder head. The flat tops will work in the Canadian engine with low compression but the reverse is not true the dome top pistons will not work with the flat top design cylinder head, pistons hit the cylinder head to say nothing of the valves.

Cheers Phil
