I've met Jeff several times, a great bloke. First time I saw his blitz was at the 50th anniversary of the Back of Beyond in Marree where we played the movie in 2004.
I, along with a couple of collaborators made the documentary "Last Mail from Birdsville - the story of Tom Kruse" which is available as part of the Back of Beyond collection from the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
