I can't believe I found my sketch. for parts E and F The lower notation is "Screwed to underside of front & back angles" This is shown on the bottom sketch. The upper notation is " 1" by 1/2" channel 1/8" thick " and those dimensions are O.D.

The top angles are welded on to the rails in four places each, the welds on the underside of the channels where they contact the 3" channels they sit on. The welds are the full width of the 1-1/2" angle on the front, middle, middle and rear surfaces. There are no welds on the ends or top. Make sense?

The finish is matt brown wrinkle paint, probably not available. What I have done is used black which should be available then spray the brown over top. That is if you can even get wrinkle paint anymore.

Extra springs nothing. The amplified set goes in the HUW on a flimsy table screwed to the floor. The weight and being top heavy must have been a problem.
