yeah lots of great info -stories in Convoy..sigh...but you know the story about that
anyway, there was a junkyard in St Hyacinthe a couple of decades ago that had several CMP wrecks, a few CMP 2 and 3ton trailers and also several varietis of office bodies, Office, machinist, dental, etc these were full of odds and ends of old vehicle parts...but were all restorable from what i could see, also couple of CMP 2 and 3ton trailers, and lots of other very interesing things as well
Across the road the guy showed me a warehouse with maybe 50 (probably more) crates of NOS Jowett engined generators!
I remember mentioning this to everyone I could at the time, but I guess distance is a factor and I dont think any collectors (that I knew) actually went there
Of course the place is long-gone..along with all those treasures, probably turned into Toyotas and Hondas, probably since recycled as well
