If it's a # 11 F30 then I suggest it was one of the 1200 delivered to Egypt for assembly (in Alexandria) supplied under S/M 2003, and then issued (then sold)to the NZEF/NZ Government. There is a photo of L 4406114 in WHEELS & TRACKS # 49 accoridng to my notes.
