I have 1 chassis nearly restored in my garage, but can't find a number on the chassis anywhere...any ideas?
Another one I have is "old rusty" a PJ that used to take families on beach rides at Brighton I understand. As you can imagine, the body is not in the best of health, but it is still intact (less the deck) and may be restored or donate parts someday. The chassis number on the brass makers plate on the dash is XH8448-332, dated 5/4/43, with an order number of 2394.
That leaves 2 more to identify. If anyone knows where to look on the chassis for the number, I would be very interested.
