Gooday again
Thankyou all for the great response,I do owe you an apology for putting 1941 instead of 1940 in the thread title I noticed it as soon as I pushed the post button. The cab is a 11cab and I found the chassis number on the left chassis rail between the step brackets.I will try and post some photos but it won't be untill the weekend. It is interesting that when I bought my 1941 C60L in 1980 that I asked the local library if they could get me a book on blitz trucks[how was I to know that Australians are the only ones that call them blitzes]but to the libraries credit they hunted down a book on Opel blitzes from the German army,I was so disapointed now I can sit in my own home and at the push of a button I can have good reliable information from people as keen as I am on CMPs.Cletrac do you think mine should have the Chevrolet axles also off topic a bit I have a M2 high speed tractor ex RAAF with Serial12JA000 but there is no date of delivery on it.Anyway I only have about another 100 questions to go.
Cheers Ken
