Default SAE / Imperial nuts and bolts

I know this isn't a lot of help to those of you outside North America due to the cost of postage, but the United States stubbornly refuses to go metric like the rest of the world. As a result SAE/Imperial hardware is still available from US and Canadian suppliers if you are willing to pay the costs. In fact, although Canada is officially metric the SAE fasteners are usually cheaper and more available than metric here.
On a parallel line of reasoning, does anyone have good suppliers for larger sizes of Whitworth fine thread nuts such as used for joining wheel halfs?
