Default Mix of weld and glue

Hi Mike

Suggestion, depending on your type of welding pinch spot, mig weld etc you may want to decide on where you are going to weld mark the spots and not use any glue in those locations. The reason I've tried mixing welds and door panel glue and it did not work well. When using pinch spot weld the glue acted as insulator and thus not weld between the layers and if you crank up the heat you get a melt dent. When using mig welder similar problem enough heat to weld burned the glue. The solution is leave marked glue-less areas about the size of a dime.

PS I like the glue system of attaching door panels on modern car doors because you can get a more rust resistant sealed seam.
