Hi Phil,
Look above to the top of this page's menu bar where it says "New Posts" I believe THAT one shows you all posts since your last visit ... in the "Quick Links" you can view just "Todays Posts" I think.
Just play with the links to see what's in them too, many have dropdown menus of more options etc, which is what I'm doing too to learn my way around in here
