I agree with the location, but not with the time span.
It is indeed a picture taken in Overloon, but before the Marshall Museum was moved there. The Ward is from the Overloon collection; You can see the Panther hull in it's base coat next to the Ward and the Panther was finished before the Marshall collection made their move. The "new building" was partly built on top of the old building you see in the picture. The corner pictured is now actually used as a workshop and is now the basement.
