The seller hasn't made it too easy to read, has he ? Don't be put off by the "number plate" - That is post-war Belgian style (they still use the same colours but have changed the sequence. I think this one is early 1960s). Rear number plates here are "official" but not the front. I don't think one could get away with hand-painting these days.

The truck is Right hand drive, doesn't look to be cab over engine and the oil grades are British Military. I'm not knowledgeable enough to guess without more information.
