Hi David;
The two units would be:
"B" Battery, R.C.H.A. (Royal Canadian Horse Artillery)
and
3rd Medium Battery, R.C.A. (Royal Canadian Artillery)
both of which were Permmanent Active Militia batteries, or in other words, units of Canada's 'regular army' in 1938 and both based in Kingston.
