Hi Bob

If you can access the menu on your camera the best advice is to turn the burnt-in date off - the time and date are always stored in the metadata of each image along with camera type, shutter speed and aperture. I've had to spend hours sometimes trying to carefully remove those ugly yellow dates from photographs people have sent me!
