Maybe the suds at Gracie's thinned our blood, but we all found it very cold at the barn on Sunday. It was only -17oC, but felt colder. The barn benefitted from Lucifer's warming breath and we set to work on things CMP.
Bob and Grant reassembled Grant's tranny - not without some challenges.
I played with my sliding roof and its rollers. The roller arms were rust welded into place. The whole roof started to deflect when we tried to move the roller arm.
After a good soak with penetrating fluid, Bob put the flame to each roller. Here is what the lil darlin's look like:
Two of the four roller pins have broken off bolts inside, including one with a broken off easy out - Yeah, I know, we've been down that path before...I'll chalk it up to too many fumes.
So, if you see a few of these laying about your shop, PM me and take me to the cleaners!
