Oh I know coyotes all right! When I was on the farm they got a number of my cats and lured one of my retrievers to her death underneath the wheels of a car. They had NO fear until they learned about guns...
We were always worried about them going after the horses, but it turns out that's the one thing they WERE scared shitless of. Still, there was always somebody close by with even just a .22 to frighten them off if necessary. When the pack started howling out in the dark, though, it was positively unholy...
