Can anyone shed some light on the above numbers?

75111 is the Army Registration Number or ARN.

No info on the Holden plate

And the chassis number is the year of manufacture 3 = 1944,
8444 = C15A
M= Melbourne build
00044 = vehicle chassis serial.

Was there a WO number on the data plate with the chassis number? A likely candidate would be in the range of WO 15 - 20 which were Battery Staff versions.
