FYI, right now in Toronto at 0540 Wednesday 21 Nov the windchill is -7 (colder in the core where I'm headed because of the venturi effect around the tall buildings) and raining. It's going to rain or snow all through to mid next week, with ambient nighttime temps below zero and daytime around zero.
I note that where Karmen is (about 2500 miles west of me) is approx -13.
