Default Armistice Day and Veterans Day

My grandmother used to refer to 11 November as Armistice Day; my father -- who bridged and graded his way up the Boot -- called it Veterans Day. Either way, my friends -- and students -- celebrate it on 11 November, regardless of what the federal government wants us to do. Same with Memorial Day, the last day of May, the 31st.

Adding these was an inspired idea.
