Could be Staghound also.
Outside diameter of the outer ring being approx 1660mm is a match with the turret ring on my Staghound, as are the 40 mounting holes.
There also are 40 bolts which hold the assembly together.
The Staghound inner turret ring has a cluster of 4 9/16" UNF threaded holes to mount the traversing control mechanism.
When you put this cluster at the 12 o'clock position there are 4 more of these 9/16" UNF threaded holes at 2, 5, 7 and 10 o'clock.
Between these holes there are a lot of smaller 3/16"UNF holes.
