I have to agree with Steve:

The only photos I have ever seen of this cam pattern are the same six or so Ford 11's that are in the CNE display.

Still; 30 years in this crazy hobby and I ain't seen all the photos yet! My luck, as soon as I send this someone will publish the technical order proving me wrong!
