New correction. Small Arms Ltd., is correct. Canadian Arsenals Ltd., is the post-war creation that brought together a number of the different war-time businesses and skills. This Crown Corporation inherited the military optics of REL, the small arms manufacturing equipment of John Inglis and Small Arms Ltd. , and a number of others. However, they did not exist until 1 January 1946 (from memory - I will have to look this up in my papers).
