Well spotted Guillaume. I guess that someone reversed the wheel stations at a time of rebuild. The left station is on the right and I presume the right is on the left. A good reason for taking lots of photos before you start a rebuild.  I have done the some thing on another vehicle. When I replaced the throttle linkages,I put them upside down and could not work out why I was only getting 1/3 throttle.
